The principals at Vantage are currently focused on identifying assets which are competitively well positioned within their submarkets and have the ability to generate attractive risk adjusted returns throughout the real estate cycle. Investment structures are tailored to the individual investment characteristics and would typically include both equity and debt components.
Recently Vantage has been most active in West Los Angeles and in San Francisco. Vantage is currently developing two creative office projects in the South of Market district of San Francisco at 550 7th Street and 1076 Howard Street. Vantage recently sold Playa Jefferson, a 250,000 square foot creative office campus located in the Playa Vista submarket of Los Angeles, as well as 485 Jessie Street in the Mid-Market district of San Francisco and 888 Brannan in the South of Market district of San Francisco.
All assets were acquired in all cash transactions and redevelopments are focused on converting existing assets to meet the needs of “creative” office market.
