The principals at Vantage are currently focused on identifying assets which are competitively well positioned within their submarkets and have the ability to generate attractive risk adjusted returns throughout the real estate cycle. Investment structures are tailored to the individual investment characteristics and would typically include both equity and debt components.
Vantage is currently leasing Playa Jefferson, a 200,000 square foot asset located in the Playa Vista submarket of Los Angeles, and is currently developing 485 Jessie Street, a 47,000 square foot asset located in the Mid-Market district of San Francisco. VPI recently sold their 400,000 square foot redevelopment asset at 888 Brannan Street in the SOMA district of San Francisco.
All assets were acquired in all cash transactions and redevelopments are focused on converting existing assets to meet the needs of “creative” office market.
